Outpatient Therapist - Part Time
Outpatient physical therapist job at Child and Family Focus
This position is responsible for providing therapy in an Outpatient setting. She/he/they will utilize assessment tools to identify areas for interventions and partner with program staff and family members to support individuals in a manner that is conducive to all aspects of wellness. This is a 12-month, part-time, position.
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Human Service or related field including psychology, counseling, or social work
One or more years of experience working in an office setting
2 or more years of providing therapy to children & adolescents
Program Specific Responsibilities:
Provide direct services to children, adolescents, and transitional aged youth through a wide variety of treatment modalities including but not limited to individual, group, and family therapies in multiple settings, including schools and clinic.
Create, maintain, and update treatment plans accordingly to address client specific needs.
Coordinate total care given by collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to provide and facilitate care in accordance with policies and procedures, philosophy and objectives of Child and Family Focus.
Maintain caseload of minimally 15-20 clients scheduled each week.
Expected to schedule and see all clients every week and maintain a minimum of 12 billable hours per week.
Responsible for completion of intake and clinical assessments for all participants on the caseload.
Responsible for documentation of sessions and obtaining signed encounter forms at each session.
Coordinate and triage all referrals while ensuring care is provided in a timely manner.
Serve as a liaison between Child and Family Focus and family members focusing on customer services, partnerships, and advocacy for individuals in need.
Utilize multiple electronic health records, when needed
Knowledge of and adherence to best practice standards and OMSHAS regulations
Maintain electronic health record within compliance standards
Ability to maintain documentation of clinical chart
Ability to support families in a strengths based manner and maintain communication
Administrative time not to exceed 30% of clinical hours billed

Work Environment:
Work in standard office environment
Work from home in designated space for telehealth sessions as needed. Space must adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
Must have the ability to work 3-4 evenings per week to 8pm.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay range from $34-38 an hour for clinical hours based on experience and licensure
$15 an hour for administrative hours
Part time hours of 20-29 hours a week

Position Summary:

* Coordinates, creates, monitors clients' behavior treatment plans and evaluates their effectiveness through data collection and analysis.

* Supports and debriefs staff and individuals following incidents.
* Evaluates causes and implements changes strategies when adverse incidents occur.
