The Marcus Autism Center is the Division of Autism & Developmental Health at Emory University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics, which centralizes clinical care and science in autism and developmental social neuroscience at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). The selected clinician will be a core faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at a rank commensurate with the candidate's academic achievements. We are looking for a leading clinician committed to the highest level of excellence in clinical characterization for research, who has expertise in standardized developmental, cognitive and diagnostic procedures. Clinical experience with young children is highly desirable. This clinician will work closely with Dr. Cheryl Klaiman, Director of Clinical Research Operations, and will collaborate closely with Dr. Warren Jones, Director of Research, and Dr. Ami Klin, Director of the Center and Division Chief. The Marcus Autism Center has wide-ranging research and training collaborations with other divisions and scientific programs at Emory and CHOA, including the Behavioral & Mental Health Center led by Dr. John Constantino and the Center for Neuroscience Research led by Dr. Timothy Gershon, as well as with Emory's Department of Human Genetics led by Dr. Peng Jin and Emory's School of Public Health led by Dr. Daniele Fallin. Oversees and develops assessments and/or treatments for specialty pediatric population.
