The Easter Seals ECI Infant Development program is parent-driven and focuses on enhancing the development of children ages birth to 36 months with developmental delays or disabilities. It is our goal to give families the tools they need to make a significant impact on the development of their children. St. Joseph Chateau is a small 68 bed psychiatric care facility where our dedicated therapy team engages residents in community activities and group therapy that enhances their quality of life. We have a very small therapy gym but our team coordinates well together and maximizes our space! We have an amazing group of caregivers who have been here for many years and know our resident's needs extremely well and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is well cared for. Our administrator has a huge heart and gives 100% to her team every day. Patient care is her number one priority. We are part of a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve. We utilize modalities and equipment through ACP and have invested in the training component of their service so our therapists have access to paid CEU's. In addition our speech therapists in the region have a clinical collaboration call with two of our speech therapy leaders to provide extra training and support. We are looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated staff. We seek an SLP who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient center clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Although this facility is dedicated to our patients with psychiatric care needs, we have a sister facility nearby that is a post-acute rehab setting with a wider range of patient diagnoses and clinical challenges. If desired, this SLP would be able to provide care in both locations.
