About the role
As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll be the strategic and operational driver behind the systems that power our revenue collection - helping us collect revenue while building a best-in-class patient and provider experience. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy, you'll help scale our infrastructure, operations, and team as we expand into new product lines and partnerships.
You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration - designing how we work, partnering across engineering, operations, commercial strategy and finance, and rolling up your sleeves to drive forward the initiatives that matter most. Whether it's defining the roadmap for our Revenue Strategy team, implementing new tech & revenue vendors, driving the success of new product lines and partnerships, or activating new insurance contracts, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our Revenue Strategy function.
This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up at a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare company. If you're excited to take ownership of complex systems, drive results across teams, and work in a dynamic, high-growth environment - we'd love to meet you.
This is a full-time, NYC-based role (3-4 days/week in our Union Square office, with some remote flexibility).
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue strategy & operational excellence: Lead initiatives across insurance eligibility, billing, and collections to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency. Partner cross-functionally to define priorities, identify blockers, and unlock opportunities for improvement.
* Partner with Engineering to scope and launch key tools: Translate revenue strategy needs into product requirements in partnership with Engineering - e.g., launching an AI support agent for billing workflows or revamping insurance eligibility infrastructure.
* Quarterback high-impact special projects: Identify and own high-impact strategic initiatives, end-to-end, collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial Strategy, Product, Marketing, etc.) to drive meaningful results.
* Design and scale revenue reporting: Build and maintain reporting to track progress against team goals, inform leadership strategy, and improve day-to-day decision-making across the revenue strategy org.
* Support new product and market expansion: Help stand up new processes as we expand into new clinical offerings, states, or payer arrangements - ensuring our systems are ready to scale.
* Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships: Lead the day-to-day relationship with our key revenue vendors, including management of issue resolution, performance tracking, and workflow automation.
We'd love to hear from you if:
* You have 3-5 years of experience, ideally combining time in consulting, banking, or investing and strategy, operations, or product roles at a high-growth startup.
* Bonus points if you have a passion for healthcare or nutrition, and/or have experience in the industry.
* You're a first-principles thinker who loves breaking down ambiguous problems and designing solutions tailored to the business context.
* You're a systems-minded problem solver who enjoys untangling messy workflows and turning them into scalable, tech-enabled systems.
* You're highly analytical, comfortable building analyses from scratch and cutting data to tell a clear story. You focus on the 80/20 - identifying what matters most and prioritizing ruthlessly to drive impact.
* You're a strong communicator and project manager, able to distill complex ideas, keep cross-functional efforts on track, and ensure no ball gets dropped.
* You're a self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, has a willingness to plug in wherever needed, and has a strong sense of ownership.

Operations & Experience Lead (Artists & Guests)
New York, NY jobs
VAWAA is building a global creative platform where master artists open their studios for immersive, one-on-one creative apprenticeships. Guests travel around the world to learn everything from ceramics to calligraphy to textile dyeing directly from a master craftsperson.
We are a small, creative, globally distributed team and community - building the world's most inspiring ecosystem for craft, creativity, and cultural connection.
Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic builder to support, onboard, and elevate both artists and guests with exceptional communication, operational rigor, and strong fluency and taste for global craft processes. You'll serve as the connective tissue and growth engine in our two-sided marketplace: our global artist community and the guests who travel to learn from them.
This is a hybrid, cross-functional role blending communication, experience design, operations, editorial judgment, and systems-building. It requires both speed and depth, and the ability to switch between high-volume execution and thoughtful craft.
On the artist side, you'll onboard hundreds of artists, refine their offerings, curate assets, and elevate the clarity and quality of programs. You'll balance fast-moving communication with deeper editorial, structural, and experience-design work-making sure programs feel teachable, compelling, and aligned with VAWAA standards.
On the guest side, you'll partner with our Guest Experience Manager while also taking meaningful ownership of the guest journey end-to-end: delivering fast, thoughtful communication, managing bookings, anticipating needs, and improving conversion. You'll use strong emotional intelligence and operational judgment to build trust, solve issues, and create coherence between artist capabilities and guest expectations.
As the company evolves, this role may tilt more toward artist onboarding, experience design, or guest operations-depending on business needs. In all cases, you will own a core domain with autonomy and increasing strategic influence.
If you love solving hard problems, bringing order to complexity, and building systems that make people feel supported, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
Lead and scale artist onboarding with speed, rigor, and editorial quality
Manage all artist communications prompting submissions, gathering assets, offering guidance, co-designing, editing and support
Understand their work, shape programs, rewrite descriptions, curate images
Strengthen artist relationships & support their growth as hosts & teachers
Partner with guest experience manager to own the guest journey end-to-end
Manage bookings, guide decisions, and increase conversions
Solve time-sensitive issues across time zones, cultures and contexts
Use AI tools to build systems, automate repeatable work, and increase leverage
Think proactively: identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, execute
Create clarity, calm and momentum across a fast-moving global community
You're a Great Fit If You Have
Experience in early-stage, high-intensity environments where ownership, coordination, communication, and operations were core to your success.
Strong writing, editorial, visual, and experience-design judgment
A track record of high-volume communication done with clarity, warmth, and precision
Experience shaping programs, workshops, or learning journeys
Operational stamina: ability to move fast, juggle multiple priorities, and shift contexts
High cross-cultural and emotional intelligence
Experience using tools (including AI) to scale yourself and build workflows
A history of working full-time in remote, computer-based roles requiring responsiveness, self-direction, and sharp judgment
Demonstrated ability to take ownership in evolving environments where no one tells you exactly what to do
Success Looks Like
Guests receive fast, clear, thoughtful communication that increases conversion and satisfaction
Artist onboarding scales with consistency, momentum, and editorial excellence
Artist responsiveness, program strength, and profile quality all improve measurably
You independently resolve 80-90% of operational issues with strong judgment
Workflows become more efficient, automated, and founder-independent
The global artist + guest community feels deeply supported
Founder time shifts from operational load to strategic growth-because you own this domain
Why Join Us?
VAWAA is a small and might startup. You'll work closely with the founder working in a creative, global, sometimes-chaotic environment where your ability to take initiative matters. If you want a polished environment with predictable days, this isn't it. If you want autonomy, responsibility, learning velocity and chance to shape core functions - it's perfect.
Role begins as a 4-month full-time contract with intention to convert to full-time employee.
Contract phase: $3,500-$5,000 per month, depending on capability and location.
Upon conversion to full-time:
$65,000-$85,000 salary, depending on performance and location.

We are based in New York, but open to remote applications within the US and Canada.
Tip: Cover Letters that include a link to a short 5 min video explaining why you are the best person for this role will be given preference.
A quick note from me (founder):
I'll be personally reviewing every application - and as a very small team juggling everything from product to growth to support, my bandwidth is limited, especially around the holidays.
That said, this role is mission-critical. I'm eager to find the right person
fast
, and will reach out quickly if there's a potential fit.
I may not be able to respond to everyone, but I want to thank you in advance for your time, care, and interest in joining VAWAA. I'm excited to hear from you.
Machine Learning
Cambridge, MA jobs
Neurable is a funded brain-computer interface (BCI) startup spun out of the University of Michigan's Direct to Brain Interface Laboratory (UM-DBI); our technology, an artificial intelligence developed by our CEO Ramses Alcaide, BCI expert and PhD neuroscience, enables people to control hardware and software in real-time with their brain via a non-invasive cap. We have enabled users to control remote control cars, computer programs, wheelchairs, and more. Currently we are directing Neurable for virtual and augmented reality applications.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Machine Learning Scientist/Researcher to join our team.
We would like to advance our current methods of identifying brain activity, using novel machine learning algorithms to increase reliability and accuracy. You will be working alongside our team of developers, but mostly with our CEO, advancing our intellectual property. We are looking for someone who is able to, not only implement, but also, create machine learning algorithms, specifically ones that improve speed, accuracy, and the elimination of muscle artifacts. Experience working with real-time data, large datasets, brain-computer Interface, and/or EEG data is preferred.
Our ideal candidate is the type of person who constantly wants to push the boundary of what is (im)possible. We are a small group adding to the banality of "work hard, play hard" but only because it is true.
Company aside, we thoroughly enjoy:
- Fine food and beverages
- Movies and shows (during Game of Thrones season, our CEO Ramses, also a near chef, cooks everyone dinner while we watch on his 12' by 12' projector screen)
- Video games (we own every console from the ColecoVision, 1982, to the latest in virtual reality systems)
- Adventures (ask us about what happened one fateful night on Mt. Nacheesmo)
- Dogs (we have two in our office)
Qualifications
- Fluency in various machine and deep learning applications/design especially regarding neural networks (Markov chains/fields, generic algorithms, PCAs, ICAs, and ensemble methods are greatly appreciated and respected)

- You can respectfully tell someone else something they did is not great, because they are not perfect
- Creativity and desire to push boundaries
- Desire to create a positive change in the world
- Experience with Computer Vision, Signals Processing preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Lead Property Turnovers: Oversee the full apartment preparation process-from coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams to conducting detailed inspections before guest check-ins.
Own Onsite Readiness: Assemble furniture, troubleshoot WiFi and tech setups, and carry out small repairs to ensure every apartment meets our standards before move-in.

About Us Nourish is on a mission to improve people's health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but
As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll be the strategic and operational driver behind the systems that power our revenue collection - helping us collect revenue while building a best-in-class patient and provider experience.
Drive revenue strategy & operational excellence: Lead initiatives across insurance eligibility, billing, and collections to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency. Partner cross-functionally to define priorities, identify blockers, and unlock opportunities for improvement.
Partner with Engineering to scope and launch key tools: Translate revenue strategy needs into product requirements in partnership with Engineering - e.g., launching an AI support agent for billing workflows or revamping insurance eligibility infrastructure.
Quarterback high-impact special projects: Identify and own high-impact strategic initiatives, end-to-end, collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial Strategy, Product, Marketing, etc.) to drive meaningful results.
Design and scale revenue reporting: Build and maintain reporting to track progress against team goals, inform leadership strategy, and improve day-to-day decision-making across the revenue strategy org.
Support new product and market expansion: Help stand up new processes as we expand into new clinical offerings, states, or payer arrangements - ensuring our systems are ready to scale.
Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships: Lead the day-to-day relationship with our key revenue vendors, including management of issue resolution, performance tracking, and workflow automation.
We'd love to hear from you if:

You're a first-principles thinker who loves breaking down ambiguous problems and designing solutions tailored to the business context.
You're a systems-minded problem solver who enjoys untangling messy workflows and turning them into scalable, tech-enabled systems.
You're highly analytical, comfortable building analyses from scratch and cutting data to tell a clear story. You focus on the 80/20 - identifying what matters most and prioritizing ruthlessly to drive impact.
You're a strong communicator and project manager, able to distill complex ideas, keep cross-functional efforts on track, and ensure no ball gets dropped.
You're a self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, has a willingness to plug in wherever needed, and has a strong sense of ownership.
