This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful design, integration, and coordination of structural and outfitting systems for various classes of vessels under construction. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, interface with the production team to provide work instruction and overall collaboration, purchasing dept., and project management to ensure timely and quality detail design deliverables.
