The salary range for this position is $47,840 to $52,000. Must be able to work weekends: Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 pm to 12:00 am PST. You can work remotely if you live far from our headquarters in Newport Beach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to receive, evaluate and manage emergency or non-emergency service requests from customers, technicians or sites through different communication channels. Ability to communicate and prioritize issues surrounding the equipment at each location.
Ability to establish priorities, use independent judgment and escalate critical matters to appropriate parties or management when necessary. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure that all actions conform to the protocols set within the Call Center guidelines and/or the customers contracted service level agreements (SLA).
Must be empathetic and calm under pressure. Be able to understand and accurately communicate the situation and level of urgency to the technician or field management.
Have the ability to function within Field Service and Customer Relationship software. Display strong multitasking, computer and data entry skills.
Have strong phone communication skills. Communicate effectively, verbal and written. Effectively write professional emails, texts and chats. Be well versed, cordial and communicate professionally at all times.
The position may work onsite or remote during regular business hours, after hours, weekends and some holidays within a 24/365 Call Center. Periodic travel - 10%-25% to local CNG and LNG stations.

The Regional Dispatch Coordinator I is a member of a regional execution team responsible for providing best in class scheduling, loading support and inventory management of Mansfield's FTL deliveries. Responsibilities
Inventory Management
• Actively monitor designated customer's tank readings
• Plan deliveries as indicated by current fuel level and average daily usage
• Monitor market direction and adjust delivery time as necessary to manage customer fuel needs with the company's best purchasing opportunities
• Document specific customer inventory requests
Logistics Coordination
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage FTL freight from terminal groups to customer locations
• Build strong relationships with carriers to create a more profitable freight coordination
• Implement terminal group sourcing adjustments based on arbitrage opportunities
• Ability to make decisions efficiently and independently within established guidelines

Hours are generally Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or until work is completed, plus rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure drivers complete all required daily paperwork: Driver logs, pre and post-trip inspections, and fuel receipts.
Ensure drivers are completing customer returns within 3 days of creation
Assist with will-call customers
Assist with reviewing Samsara driving alerts
Track drivers on Elite and close out all routes and open orders daily
Train drivers on PIV, tablet, and safety expectations (may be involved in road tests)
Complete all routing requests before scheduled cut-off times
Backup for Dispatch Supervisor and EComm
Assign lines to be pulled by material handlers for will-call and metro routes
Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Communicates effectively with call center, sales, customers, drivers and other locations
Spot check trucks for cleanliness and compliance, assist drivers when a breakdown occurs
Backup driver, order pulling, operate power equipment as needed
Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all team members

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years or older (mandatory company policy)
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record in compliance with our driver policy
1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck or semi), and satisfactory completion of company road test by qualified assessor
1 year experience in transportation industry
Knowledge of DOT regulations and legal requirements for drivers
Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts. Pass a forklift certification test
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record in compliance with our driver policy
