We are seeking a skilled AutomotiveTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues using advanced technical knowledge and skills. The AutomotiveTechnician will work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring the highest quality repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of automotive repairs on all makes & models - new & old, with an emphasis on oil changes, mounting tires, and basic repairs.
Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs.
Able to diagnose & honestly assess vehicles and build an estimate of necessary repairs for most makes and models.
Maintain professionalism.
Keep the shop in clean, working order.
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections
Quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and service, and identify the cause of defects, and trouble-shoot and repair them using the most optimal solutions and efficiency.
Conferring with Reconditioning Manager and Chief Operations Officer to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discussing work to be performed.
Assist other technicians with their skills, providing technical support when needed and monitoring performance and productivity.
Make sure to completely note repairs and concerns through the dealership system.
Test and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
Ensure that the shop is in excellent condition with regard to cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition, and conduct periodic spot checks to maintain high-quality service.
Test-drive vehicles; testing components and systems; using equipment such as compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to use tools and equipment
- Good vision and hand-eye coordination
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced automotive repair shop environment

What will a Lube Technician do?
Identifies mechanical problems, either visually or with computer diagnostic equipment.
Performs tests on specific parts and systems to confirm proper mechanical function; ensures that all critical parts are examined.
Performs routine and preventive maintenance, including oil changes and tune-ups.
Repairs or replaces malfunctioning parts and systems, such as brake pads, belts, water pumps, transmissions, and other mechanical parts.
Performs further tests, which may include test driving the vehicle, to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
Perform oil changes to manufacturer specifications.
Top off other fluids, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid.
Inspecting the engine block and underbody for leaks and potential issues.
Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacturer specifications.
Installing new car parts, such as air filters, oil filters, windshield wipers and batteries.
Lubricating moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensuring the engine is kept clean throughout servicing.
Diagnosing existing issues and consulting with lead mechanics on the team to address the vehicles' issues.
Creating detailed service reports based on inspection findings and document them for customer review.
Verify completed maintenance and/or repairs prior to releasing the vehicle to the customer.
Complete continuing education program as directed by the company.
Maintains compliance with all OSHA safety standards and procedures.
Model and demonstrate ClearShift Core Values in all aspects of the role.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
Supporting the Manager of Post Harvest and Cure Lead to guide and train Cure department members to organize and process the dried cannabis product. Ensure product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, remediate product as necessary, trimming product according to desired texture and appearance, and properly store it for the next phase of Processing.
Operating machinery to sort and trim dried cannabis product as instructed and trained, safely. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
Organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including weigh-ins. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the Cure Bay area to Processing rooms. • Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. Communicating concerns with leadership of the department for missorted or unsatisfactory dried cannabis product.
Properly achieving Top Shelf objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership.
Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Processing department.
Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.

Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
Field Mechanics: When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
Year-round company provided OEM training
Other duties, assigned as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Must own tools applicable to position
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Field mechanics: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

The Operations and Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance, system commissioning, troubleshooting and generally maintaining our customers' solar assets. The O&M position is responsible for managing time and resources so that customers are serviced promptly and effectively. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, module cleaning, adherence to safety procedures, process improvement and innovation, electronic monitoring set-up. A strong foundation in electrical installation, solar electrical systems, and customer service is required. The ideal candidate will also lead efforts for safe working practices.
This position requires travel and overnight stay, based on the location of projects within the region.
Emergencies- There will be occasions that demand very quick reactions such as 24 hour responses to system failures. It is expected that, on occasion, the O&M Technician will be called into work, on a weekend or previously scheduled time off, at night or on a holiday, to perform troubleshooting and repairs.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential solar systems and associated equipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level, able to work both independently and as part of a multi-tasking team.
Perform remote on site customer services, including installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing of residential solar systems and related equipment.
Calibrate and coordinate equipment according to precise specifications.
Provide complete and thorough documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.
Perform field service projects while maintaining safety standards at all times.
Carry out on site root cause analysis on system failures.
Act as technical liaison between SunSystem Technology Residential Field Services and client.
Educational, professional and/or other requirements:
2+ years of experience in solar field operations (installations/service).
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Flexibility to shifting priorities and changing environments.
Motivated, responsible, accountable, and punctual are must have traits.
Knowledge and ability to use basic hand and electrical tools.
AC/DC Power Conversion and Control experience.
Knowledge of Electrical Theory and Codes.
Ability to work at heights and rooftops.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 70lbs.
Ability to travel up to 70%, some nights and weekends may be required.
Clean driving record.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
Ability to learn to configure and repair communication hardware and software.
