**A caregiver in this position works at Main Campus, downtown Cleveland, Sunday-Wednesday, 10:30PM - 7:00AM, with rotational weekends and holidays.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Inspect, repair, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment throughout the facility.
+ Document and maintain records of inspections and work performed.
+ Inspect and maintain all temperature, humidity, and data logging devices, including meters and gauges.
+ Utilize the building management system (BMS) to address customer service requests, adjust temperature set points, and start and stop equipment.
+ Receive and respond to work orders from the computerized maintenance management system.
+ Respond to alarms and alerts appropriately.
+ Work at additional Cleveland Clinic locations as needed.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Valid Driver's License (VDL) and insurable driving record
+ Three years of experience with chiller systems, reheat systems, variable frequency drives (VFD), air handling units (AHU), humidifiers, dampers, heating and cooling coils, cooling towers and/or pumps OR military experience as a Utilities Man (UT), Machinists Mate (MM), HVAC/R (3E1X1), Utilities Equipment Repairer (91C) or a similar role
+ Understanding of the tools and techniques used to maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC systems
+ Basic knowledge of building management systems
+ Ability to read blueprints
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Typical physical demands require full body motion including ability to perform work while bending, stooping, stretching and climbing ladders.
+ Requires dexterity and strength sufficient to operate required tools and machinery; typically required to lift and carry machinery and/or equipment weighing 25 to 100 lbs. and/or assist with lifting weights exceeding 100 lbs.
+ Requires color acuity sufficient to distinguish color-coded signage and systems.
+ Ability to work in confined spaces.
+ Ability to work at heights and on ladders.

**Pay Range**
Minimum hourly: $22.85
Maximum hourly: $34.85

This role is critical to ensuring our environmental systems remain stable, efficient, and compliant-keeping our cannabis production running at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC & Environmental Systems
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, dehumidifiers, mini-splits, and air-handling units.
Ensure precise calibration of climate control systems to maintain strict cultivation parameters.
Monitor, adjust, and optimize environmental controls (temperature, humidity, airflow, CO₂) across multiple grow rooms.
Maintain and troubleshoot building management systems (BMS) and cultivation automation platforms.
General Maintenance
Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Support cultivation and post-harvest equipment (lights, irrigation, fertigation units, pumps, fans, trimmers, packaging machines).
Track service records, manage equipment lifecycles, and reduce downtime through proactive repairs.
Compliance & Safety
Follow all state and local regulations related to cannabis facility operations.
Maintain safety standards, keeping all work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Document maintenance activities and inspections in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from cultivation, processing, and retail teams.

Assemble and distribute basic needs items, including meals, to ensure individuals' well-being.
Conduct room checks at the required frequency to ensure safety and address any immediate concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed client progress notes, documenting observations, interactions, and any notable incidents.
Answer the crisis telephone, providing immediate support and appropriate interventions when necessary.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma. Associate's or higher degree in mental health related field preferred.
Require to be working towards Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) or Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) within 30-60 days of employment at Bowen Health.
Experience: Must either have personal lived experience of recovery from substance use - OR - have family members, allies, or loved ones who have lived experience of recovery from substance use, mental health or co-occurring disorders.
Previous experience in crisis intervention or mental health support preferred.
Valid driver's license and active liability insurance.
Must be 18 years old.

**A caregiver in this position works days from 6:30AM - 3:00PM or 7:00AM - 3:30PM, with on-call requirements.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Regularly inspect, diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration/air conditioning systems and other equipment, such as refrigerators, freezers, walk-in coolers, medical and process chillers, cooling equipment, cryogenic freezers and rooftop heating/cooling units.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic controls, solid state microprocessors and system alarms.
+ Repair refrigerant leaks and evacuate and adjust refrigerant charges.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ State of Ohio EPA approved certificate for either Type I AND Type II OR Universal Refrigerant Systems Service
+ Three years of experience as a commercial/residential air conditioning refrigeration technician. Military experience as a Machinists Mate, Utilities man, Utilities Equipment Repairer or a similar role will be considered
+ Formal vocational classroom study in refrigeration, air conditioning and/or air handling may substitute up to one year of experience
+ Ability to read electric schematic diagrams
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Completion of a formal HVAC/Refrigeration training program
+ Work experience in a hospital setting

**Pay Range**
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
