This role is critical to ensuring our environmental systems remain stable, efficient, and compliant-keeping our cannabis production running at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: HVAC & Environmental Systems Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, dehumidifiers, mini-splits, and air-handling units. Ensure precise calibration of climate control systems to maintain strict cultivation parameters. Monitor, adjust, and optimize environmental controls (temperature, humidity, airflow, CO₂) across multiple grow rooms. Maintain and troubleshoot building management systems (BMS) and cultivation automation platforms. General Maintenance Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Support cultivation and post-harvest equipment (lights, irrigation, fertigation units, pumps, fans, trimmers, packaging machines). Track service records, manage equipment lifecycles, and reduce downtime through proactive repairs. Compliance & Safety Follow all state and local regulations related to cannabis facility operations. Maintain safety standards, keeping all work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Document maintenance activities and inspections in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. Collaboration Respond promptly to maintenance requests from cultivation, processing, and retail teams. Work with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized HVAC or equipment repairs. Communicate issues, updates, and project statuses to management regularly. Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of commercial or industrial facility maintenance experience, with proven HVAC expertise. Ability to diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems in high-demand, high-humidity environments. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure. Must be 21+, pass a background check, and be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility. This role offers a starting salary of $80,000-$100,000 Preferred Skills: Direct experience with cannabis cultivation or controlled-environment agriculture. Familiarity with cultivation environmental systems and controls (e.g., Aroya, Innotech). Experience with automation and building management systems (BMS). Basic carpentry, drywall, or general construction skills.

1. Provides good customer service as the front-line support staff for the laboratory. Communicate professionally and confidentially with patients, clients and staff members. 2. Successfully collects blood samples from both ambulatory and bed ridden patients utilizing venipuncture sticks, finger sticks and heel sticks. Obtains throat culture swabs and verbally instructs patients on collecting samples at home, i.e. stools and 24-hour urines. 3. Processes laboratory specimens according to the test methodology guidelines for the appropriate testing site; centrifuging samples, pouring off serum or plasma, keeping sample at optimum temperature for accurate results to be achieved. 4. Properly register patient demographic information into the laboratory information system. Data entry must be complete and accurate ensuring adequate information at time of service for services to be billed. 5. Enter the physicians' orders for lab work into the LIS accurately and on the correct patient account. 6. Has basic compliance knowledge as it pertains to phlebotomy, including HIPAA compliance, and Medicare requirements for Medical Necessity. 7. Has knowledge of working multiple CCHC Laboratories collection sites; minimum of 3 sites in order to cross over locations. Must be able to open and close each site. 8. Communicates with clients via telephone to ensure proper specimen identity, correct patient information and proper diagnoses, as well as give physicians results on their patients. 9. *Handles specimen problems with appropriate training, as well as informing a supervisor of a problem needing management involvement. 10. *Performs an occasional stat draw at a nursing home, a patient home or physician office when designated by management. 11. *On a rotation for On-Call per contract. 12. Fills supply orders for clients and collection sites. 13. Keeps phlebotomy areas well stocked, including the stock room. 14. Provides daily maintenance and safety of all drawing rooms, including but not limited to cleaning workbenches and drawing chairs daily. 15. Works as a team member with the entire CCHC Laboratories staff and with related laboratories, performing other related job duties as directed by a manager. 16.
