The QA Automation Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of software products. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts, performance tests, and other test types to validate product functionality and stability. Essential Position Functions
Provide QA input and perspective throughout the entire product development lifecycle, following the principle of "shift left"
Advocate for clear requirements and collaborate with the product team to ensure requirements are met and QA processes are followed
Actively contribute to test automation, following and improving automation best practices
Estimate complex QA tasks and deliver high-quality results
Identify and perform non-functional testing, including load and stress testing
Deliver testing and automation on time, resolve blockers, and communicate issues before escalation
Execute tests and automation according to provided estimates and scope
Create feature test plans, test summary reports, deployment plans, and other documentation aligned with the defined QA strategy
Promote test automation to reduce manual testing efforts
Identify and resolve root causes of failed automation tests
Follow defect management procedures
Plan and execute regression testing for product releases to ensure high-quality software delivery
Share knowledge and best practices within the QA department
Identify and communicate cross-product dependencies, collaborating with teams to address them
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within teams, the department, and the organization
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in QA or SoftwareEngineering
3+ years of experience in automated QA testing
Preferred: ISTQB/ASTQB CTFL certification or more advanced
Required Technical Skills
Senior-level knowledge of ISTQB fundamental testing processes, principles, and techniques
Knowledge of non-functional testing theory and best practices (e.g., volume, load, stress, endurance testing, basic OWASP security testing)

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Job DescriptionSalary:
The Systems Engineer will support the development of innovative designs to challenging engineering problems for a wide variety of applications. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing high-level engineering support and leadership in ensuring the tracking of contract requirements and system interfaces and will play a key role in preparation for contract milestones including tracking the status of all milestone deliverables and in contract transition out efforts. The Systems Engineer will interface with the customer and a growing ATS team of engineers and designers, helping to further develop the team by fostering a healthy focus on Systems Engineering concepts throughout the design process.

Support the
Configuration Management of projects in maintaining design baselines, drawing trees, and Bills of Material (BOMs) and in taking a leading role in carrying out change requests.
Take leading role in the maintenance of Interface Control Documents and in facilitating communication between team leads.
Support Engineering team leads in preparation for and execution of milestone reviews, including ensuring the proper preparation for all entrance/exit criteria and in tracking the completion status and inclusion of all requisite milestone deliverables.
Support contract transition out efforts throughout project, ensuring engineering and design teams efforts
as well as the configuration management of their deliverables are completed with a focus on contract closeout in such a way as to ensure contract compliance and

Requirements:
