Position Summary
ACE is seeking Laborers for a wastewater construction project. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with 2-3 years of construction experience who are willing to travel and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment. Laborers perform essential support duties under the supervision of skilled tradespeople, assisting with various construction tasks while developing skills toward proficiency as a skilled tradesperson.
Key Responsibilities
Rigging and handling of heavy loads.
Installation of interior Ductile Iron Pipe and supports.
Installation of interior PVC pipe and supports.
Fitting of copper and steel pipe.
Pipe testing.
Construction of concrete formwork.
Placement of reinforcing steel.
Placing and finishing concrete.
Stripping of concrete formwork.
Rough carpentry, including building temporary wooden structures.
Finish carpentry, including the installation of casework.
Operation of basic equipment such as small backhoes, forklifts, and aerial lifts.
Site and trench excavation and backfill.
Laying of yard pipe.
Surveying.
Demolition.
Unloading and storing of materials.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience on construction projects.
Must have own transportation.
Must have a clean driving record.
Highly motivated, dependable, and willing to travel.
Successful completion of drug screen, physical, and criminal background check required.

Physically pulls and packs orders to quality standards
Verifies accuracy against all orders
Marks boxes/pallets for route and stop designation
Reboxing of product
Wraps pallets by hand to insure stability
