Adrian Pell is a Chief Imagineer at Pell Creations and Chief Technology Officer at Closed Loop and is based in Ipswich, Suffolk, United Kingdom. He has worked as Senior Software Designer at HP Inc.; Software Developer at HP Inc.; and VP, Technology at Closed Loop. Adrian attended UNIVERSITY OF READING between 1975 and 1978.

Carol McCall, FSA, MAAA, MPH, has 30 years of experience as a health actuary and public health professional. She served as Chief Strategy and Product Officer for GNS Healthcare and as Chief Innovation Officer for Vanguard Health Systems. In roles at Humana, Carol led the Innovation Center’s research where we pioneered Humana’s use of sophisticated analytics to build a portfolio of predictive, knowledge discovery, and simulation models. She also launched Humana’s personalized medicine innovations and led their Health Services Research Center (HSRC). In other roles at Humana, Carol served as Chief Information Officer and as VP of Pharmacy Management.

Tom Sloss brings more than 25 years of experience (including 13 years in the technology industry) to his role as OutboundEngine’s Vice President of Finance. His responsibilities include oversight of finance, human resources and facilities operations. Tom most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Allen Technologies and previously led the finance function at Cesura and Surgient. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the Anderson School at U.C.L.A.
