Responsibilities Aids the Head Football Coach in the organization and operation of an effective and competitive football program, with responsibility for the defensive position group. Assists the Head Coach in the coordination of recruitment of student-athletes. Directs and maintains the strength and conditioning program for student-athletes during traditional and non-traditional seasons. Attends all pre-season conditioning and permissible non-traditional season practices for the football program. Attends and participates in all team planning sessions with coaching staff.
