The ideal candidate will have childcare experience. Our summer camp coaches must possess the highest moral character as well as be a positive role model to our campers. Reporting directly to the Head Volleyball Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist with on-court coaching, player development, recruiting, game preparation, and administrative operations while upholding the mission and values of Talladega College and NAIA athletics. Primary Responsibilities 1. Coaching & Player Development (Approx. 40%) ● Assist in planning and conducting daily practices that emphasize skill development, team systems, conditioning, and volleyball IQ ● Provide position-specific instruction and technical feedback to student-athletes ● Evaluate athlete performance and contribute to individualized development plans ● Support strength, conditioning, and injury-prevention efforts in coordination with athletic training staff 2.
