Interventions may include school, family, therapeutic, and/or community resources. This professional relationship is dependent upon its confidential nature and may consist of initial assessment interviews, consultation with staff and family, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, community referrals, and life skill groups. The Success Coach assists with developing and teaching intervention strategies to help students/young people achieve academic goals while also preparing them for long-term success.
