Participates in Clinical Team Meetings and communicates with providers involved in patients care to facilitate all communication and coordination with the team.
Attend provider team meetings to promote collaboration of service and treatment providers.

Adheres to all HIPAA regulations, including those related to the heightened protection of health records, and maintains confidentiality at all times.

Job Description:
Portledge School is seeking an experienced and mission-aligned 7th/8th Girls Basketball Coach to lead and support the development of student athletes within its 5-8 Athletics Program. The coach will be responsible for developing a competitive, inclusive, and values-based team that reflects Portledge's Mission and Pillars: Kindness, Purpose, Honor, and Respect. Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and implement practice plans that develop individual skills, team concepts, and sportsmanship.
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured environment that supports personal and athletic growth.

Work closely with the other 7th/8th Girls Basketball Coach to ensure program alignment and consistency in player development.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous coaching experience, preferably at the middle school, JV, or varsity level.
Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals and team-building strategies.
Ability to inspire and connect with student-athletes of varying skill levels.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism in representing the school and athletic program.
