The ISI Operations Team is looking for a Studio Performance and Operations Coach to lead the organization's growth efforts at the Headquarters team. The Studio Performance and Operations Coach will report directly to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for helping our Franchise Partners (owners) increase sales and decrease operational costs by coaching them on how to effectively operate an ISI Elite Training facility.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC and requires in person work.
This team member will play a critical role in supporting our facilities nationwide by ensuring that all
departments are aligned and working together to deliver on initiatives that support our overall mission and expansion of the brand, with a key focus on developing and driving systems to support the facility's financial growth.
Overall, the ideal candidate for Studio Performance and Operations Coach will have a broad range of experiences, including franchise operations management, leadership, compliance, and analytical and
problem solving skills. They should be able to work collaboratively with other departments, communicate effectively with franchise partners, and implement systems and processes that support the success of the franchise.
Responsibilities
● Operational Leadership: Support and oversee up to 50 facilities within assigned territory. Partner directly with the owners and staff on company initiatives and quarterly promotions.
● Developing and implementing the strategic plan: Drive facility membership growth, implementation of new revenue streams, and development of the ISI community. Oversee Greenstar experience coaching and development.
● Establishing KPI's: Ensure facility business and sales strategies are directly in line with growing the company's key performance indicator metrics.
● Ensuring Compliance: Responsible for ongoing compliance with ISI brand standards.
● Franchise Partner Support: Conduct ongoing monthly calls along with quarterly, semiannual, or annual onsite visits as required.
● Training and Development: Conduct ongoing regional training as directed by HQ.
● Cross Departmental Communication: Communicate the needs of the franchisees with HQ departments to ensure the best franchise experience.
Experience
● Franchise experience: The ideal candidate should have significant experience working in a franchise environment. This includes experience managing franchisees, understanding the franchise agreement, and implementing franchise systems and processes.
● Operations management experience: Should have a track record of success in overseeing a facility and achieving operational goals. Experience in operations management can include managing sales teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance.
● Leadership skills: The Franchise Business Coach should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. They should be able to lead by example, establish a positive work culture, and provide direction to team members.
● Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. They should be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively with franchisees, and collaborate with other executives.

While playroom attendants are trained on the language of dogs, they must be able to actively monitor for all health or behavioral issues and address proactively in a timely and effective manner. This may include crating for time outs when necessary, but NEVER includes the use of physical force or punishment of a dog. We have a zero-tolerance policy for the mistreatment of animals.
Qualifications
Successful team members are aware of their environment at all times and consistently attend to the ever-changing pack environment and special needs of each dog. This position requires a high level of responsibility as we are caring for the lives of animals and monitoring and maintaining a safe environment. This is a dirty job and HARD work which requires being self sufficient and the ability to maintain vigil without human interaction for long periods of time. Typical daily cleaning assignments also include sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, refilling the water cooler, replacing water bowls and doing laundry. All team members must follow very strict safety and health procedures including the proper handling of dog safe chemicals. Other daily assignments may include giving dogs baths to company standards and/or nail trims.

POSITION PURPOSE:
The JTeam After-School Staff is responsible for providing for the social, emotional and educational needs of each child and the group as a whole during the school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under the supervision of the J-Team Lead Staff and Youth Programs Manager, J-Team Junior Staff are responsible for assisting in the planning, conducting, and supervising a variety of recreational activities for campers in Kindergarten through 5th grade in a after-school setting, as well as assisting in the care and supervision of the children assigned to their group.
Participate in staff training prior to the beginning of the school year.
Assist the supervision of a classroom and attend to their needs.
Supervise health, safety and activities of after-school children.
Follow weekly schedule of events and special activities.
Teach/assist in all areas.
Take initiative to analyze and solve problems.
Assist in organizing, collecting and transporting necessary supplies and children to extracurricular activities.
Assist in the clean-up of all activities.
Assist in supervising and participating in crafts, games, sports and other after-school activities, as well as assisting children with homework.
Participate in parent related programs such as JTEAM Cookout, JTEAM Channukah Celebration, and JTEAM Picnic.
Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings and trainings.
Supervise, encourage and teach new staff as assigned.
Report any behavior problems to Youth Programs Manager.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by Youth Programs Manager.
Available to work all-day programs such as School's Out J's In as well as Winter Break and Spring Break Camps.
Requirements
Entering 11th grade by August.
Child care and/or leadership experience.
Good communication skills and ability to work well with children.
Good character and integrity.
Positive physical and mental health.
The desire to work with children in a after-school setting.
Commit to building a safe, child-focused community.
Enthusiasm, sense of humor, and patience.
Ability to take guidance and supervision.
Activity skills and the ability to transmit/teach skills to children.
Ability to relate to other staff and children
