Provide supervision for youth climbers who will be bouldering and belaying. Assist Youth Team Manager with administrative duties for this team level, including monitoring team rosters, tracking belay training, organizing practice notes, and communicating with parents. Effectively communicate any issues or concerns with coaching staff and the management team in a timely manner. Collaborate with Youth Team Manager and other coaches to facilitate mentorship opportunities and personal development for their team level.
