What you'll do (core) Coach small-group sessions using PSP progressions; lead warm-ups, cue great movement, spot safely, and keep sessions on pace. (Professional S&C standards emphasize written policies, emergency readiness, and athlete safety.) Run testing/re-testing (ForceDecks/DynaMo), log results, and communicate clear takeaways.
