The E3 Coach serves as the point of contact for workforce youth program customers and employers. This individual provides career counseling and job search assistance to meet youth customers' needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops a career plan and sets realistic goals through active case management for youth customers with focus on self-esteem, communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, crisis management, time management, interviewing, and office etiquette. Directs youth customers to available resources in the Career Center and the community. Develops, coordinates, and facilitates Youth Leadership Training opportunities.
