Qualifications A four-year degree in Civil Engineering. 0-3 years of experience in the structural design of buildings or similar structures. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering preferred. Registration as an E.I.T. preferred. Experience with the Spokane market and clientele preferred. Experience with computer software programs and analysis systems (such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, MathCAD, ETABS, Revit, etc.) preferred.
