Update forecasts and trackers for construction projects, in support of project management.
Produce various project reports as needed using Work, Excel, or other construction systems.

Participate in construction progress meetings and preparing meeting-minutes when required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in the construction administration field.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient in MS Office - MS Excel and Word.
Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the of the bidding and construction processes to add value and efficiency to the company.
A basic ability to read and interpret of construction/design drawings.

Arrive at appointments 5 - 10 minutes ahead of time.

To qualify for a Supervisory Distribution Facilities Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. What You Bring
• A certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) or currently in the process of obtaining certification.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in personal training or group fitness coaching (preferred).
• A passion for helping others succeed and a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you can command a room and lead with confidence.
• A deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.

Responsibilities
Provide in-home companionship to elderly clients.
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing.
Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
Plan and prepare meals.
Complete client's shopping or accompany them too successfully do so.
Perform basic housekeeping duties.
Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Offer activities that are essential for daily living.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment (
