Job Purpose
Lead the development and execution of innovative technical strategies and solutions across Mass Production,
Business Planning, and New Model initiatives to effectively achieve or surpass targets in Safety, Environment,Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
Key Accountabilities
* Effectively communicate upstream and downstream to all levels of the organization to assure common understanding and direction.
* Review and analyze daily report(s) to identify safety and delivery gaps and develop potential countermeasures and /or root cause analysis opportunities striving for continuous improvement.

Job Purpose
Provide effective technical expertise for Electrical & Control systems by designing, managing and implementing equipment solutions, based on the requirements of the department's business plan to ensure company sustainability.
Key Accountabilities
* Develop, manage, and implement established E-Flow (evaluation flow) for investment projects to accomplish business plan targets

Solution Design Engineers support the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities, renewals of current customer contracts, and re-engineering operations for current customers.

Job Purpose
Collaborate with body design from feasibility through design phase to achieve a product that can be manufactured with-in the factory's capabilities while working with MMC's to prepare and execute the trial phase of the new model development.
Key Accountabilities
* Conduct feasibilities studies on new technologies, design concepts and equipment.
* Review drawings with internal team and customers to verify the design.
* Identify past model problem history, opportunities for cost savings and safety concerns.
* Communicate change points to other departments.
