Job Summary
The PatientCareTechnician (PCT) is a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team that provides direct care to behavioral health patients working under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) in person or telephonic. The primary focus is direct patientcare as directed and delegated by the RN, Lead PCT, Operation Supervisor, Operations Administrator, or Program Manager. The PCT is also responsible for the safety of the unit they are assigned to, including identifying environmental and patient specific safety concerns, and elevating those concerns to the RN, RN Manager, Operations Supervisor, or designee as needed.
Skills/Requirements
Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of health care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Job Summary
The Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Community Based Outreach Team Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for responding to calls dispatched by the CBI Access to Care Line and for transports from CBI facilities. The Community Based Outreach Team BHT is responsible for the in-field assessment of each referral to determine the appropriateness of care in consult with the CBI Triage RN when there is a question of need due to the severity of the level of risk in ASAM Dimensions 1, 2 and 3. The Community Based Outreach Team BHT is responsible to ensure that all documentation of Crisis Intervention Notes, Trip Tickets, and Mobile Crisis Intervention Field Forms on each patient prior to the end of his or her scheduled shift.
Skills/Requirements
Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of health care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101 and Clinical Policies and Procedures.
Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid within the state of Arizona) is required for this position.

The Lead PCT is expected to have full knowledge of program policy and procedures.
