Job Summary
The PSS provides experience, strength, and hope to individuals, their families, and significant others presenting for care to minimize the emotional impact of treatment and increase the likelihood of recovery along with the likelihood of continued care once discharged. The PSS also assists in the transition to the most appropriate level of care available in conjunction with the established treatment team, which includes ensuring coordination of care with all parties who are currently involved in the patient's case and ensuring that family and other social supports identified in the patient's treatment plan are involved in the discharge planning process. The PSS works in conjunction as part of a multi-disciplinary team made up of a Registered Nurse (RN), Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) and supervisory and administrative supports.
Skills/Requirements
Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate Degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred but not required.
Valid identification required.
Possesses a Certified Peer SupportSpecialist certification (for Screening and Assessment programs only)

Job Summary
The Peer SupportSpecialists (PSS) assigned to PCMH/OTP Community-Based Services will perform only the duties of a Peer SupportSpecialist addresses one-on-one support needs and provides support for day-to-day problem-solving related to normalization and reintegration into the community. The Peer SupportSpecialist utilizes best practices of assertive engagement, harm reduction and peer support when working to engage with members in the community and the facility. The Peer SupportSpecialist embraces the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe and inclusive recovery environment for clients.
Education and Experience Required
Highschool diploma or GED required.
Minimum of six (6) months' experience in the Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse field required.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
Current AZ Driver's License (Valid and in good standing).
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
Certified Peer SupportSpecialist (CPSS) or able to obtain a CPSS certification within 90 days (3 months) of hire.
Addiction and Substances Use Disorders certification preferred.

The Temporary Content Migration Specialist will support a project in migrating content from Your Membership CMS to iMIS. This role will focus on accurately transferring, organizing, and validating digital content while ensuring integrity and consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with iMIS or another CMS and can manage repetitive, detail-heavy work efficiently and independently.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working with a CMS (required) or association management systems. Previous experience with iMIS preferred.
Prior experience with content or data migration projects.

Skills/Requirements
Highschool diploma or GED required.
Minimum of six (6) months' experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse field required.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
Current AZ Driver's License (Valid and in good standing).
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
Certified Peer SupportSpecialist (CPSS) or able to obtain a CPSS certification within 90 days (3 months) of hire.

Job Summary
The PSS provides experience, strength, and hope to individuals, their families, and significant others presenting for care to minimize the emotional impact of treatment and increase the likelihood of recovery along with the likelihood of continued care once discharged. The PSS also assists in the transition to the most appropriate level of care available in conjunction with the established treatment team, which includes ensuring coordination of care with all parties who are currently involved in the patient's case and ensuring that family and other social supports identified in the patient's treatment plan are involved in the discharge planning process. The PSS works in conjunction as part of a multi-disciplinary team made up of a Registered Nurse (RN), Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) and supervisory and administrative supports.
Skills/Requirements
Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate Degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred but not required.
