They are responsible for communicating effectively and efficiently with interdisciplinary staff. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * Previous experience in healthcare field required. * Must demonstrate ability to communicate orally and in written format, perform basic math calculations including use of decimals. * Must be able to interact with interdisciplinary staff. * Must have successfully completed the arrhythmias recognition course. * Ability to communicate with healthcare providers of varying ages. * Recognize effect of age on interpretation of EKG's. * Able to sit for long periods of time and maintain high state of alertness.
