Responsibilities COSO Coordination Lead annual SOX planning and coordination across the Bank, ensuring alignment with system-level guidelines and deadlines Identify business areas requiring expanded SOX testing based on quantitative and qualitative criteria Provide training and support to business area management on internal control documentation and testing Review SOX documentation across business areas and prepare executive summaries for the Bank's President, First VP, and CFO prior to year-end assertions Liaise with External Auditors to ensure timely and complete information exchange for audit reviews and opinions Maintain and update key reports and documentation.
