Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs random and initial inspections on incoming material by following the Incoming Inspection Process
Receives material into designated locations within the warehouse using the computer or WMS scanner.
Uses the inventory control system to receive, transfer, and manage materials.
Maintains the cleanliness of warehouse storage areas including loading docks and outdoor storage areas.
Assists in the disposal of waste material created by the production process.
Organizes the material within the warehouse storage areas in a way that benefits the production teams.

Ability to operate cardboard baling machine.

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to perform various types of product shipping and receiving in accordance with company procedures and/or standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Processes all inbound and outbound shipments
* Pack and label product based upon established standards
* Ensures the proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are shipped with the correct order
* Prepare shipping documentation, including Bill of Ladings and Commercial Invoices
* Schedule multimodal transport with freight providers as required
* Process all receiving transactions into ERP system
* Track and report all receiving discrepancies
* Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in shipping and receiving areas
* Complies with safety and environmental procedures and all applicable codes and regulations of governmental agencies
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related field
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience with ERP systems
* Forklift experience required
* Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
* Possess and maintain a citation-free driving record, demonstrating responsible and safe driving practices; this will be verified through a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) review and is required to be upheld throughout employment
* U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.
Additional Differentiators
* Experience and/or training in hazardous goods transportation
* Understanding of Department of Transportation regulations and permits
* Understanding of IATA guidelines
* Experience with international shipping
* Experience with shipping portals such as UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx Ship Manager

Job Description
Pay Rates Starting between: $17.70 - $29.25 / hour

Qualifications
