    Shift: 4:00 PM-2:00 AMHourly Rate: $22.47 an hour + $1.50 shift differential This person will be required to process frozen raw meat products for making sausage, pepperoni and SJ products. This will require you rotate through all aspects of the stuffing area. This includes operating stuffers, handling loops of product, racking, tub handling, and trolley washing. Responsible for the teardown and setup of machinery. Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends. Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements. Must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter and have a team player attitude. Most tasks require bending, lifting, and reaching. Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs.) 4 feet high onto the rack. Ability to lift 80lb repetitively. Ability to work in a cool environment 35 to 45 degrees 12 hours a day Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team participation, CSD, etc. Follow all GMP's, Safety, and USDA guidelines. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Properly complete required paperwork daily per Quality guidelines. Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members. Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead and assist other cells as required.
