The Coating Operator is assigned to work on a coating line and may work in one or more workstations including the face unwind, liner unwind, die, main console/winder, and quality lab. Individuals in this role may be proficient on more than one coating asset in a given location. In this role, you will work D-Team, 5:50PM-6AM, 3-1-3, 12Hr, Nights. The hourly rate for this position is $24.16 / hour. The coating line operator is responsible for leading machine set ups and changeovers, problem-solving, coordinating PM's, making decisions on machine adjustments. Shift: 4:00 PM-2:00 AMHourly Rate: $22.47 an hour + $1.50 shift differential This person will be required to process frozen raw meat products for making sausage, pepperoni and SJ products. This will require you rotate through all aspects of the stuffing area. This includes operating stuffers, handling loops of product, racking, tub handling, and trolley washing. Responsible for the teardown and setup of machinery. Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends. Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements.
