Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments to provide comprehensive and effective patient care. Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies any additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Performs other duties as assigned.
