What You'll Need: Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred. Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and expand your skillset. Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions. Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs consistently. A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
