We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our Client's rapidly expanding data center operations team. This role provides hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a high-paced environment. Candidates must follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), prioritize tasks efficiently, and be proactive in keeping busy while resolving tickets.
Requirements:

Ability to successfully operate in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while handling multiple critical priorities simultaneously. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate effective examples of situations where personal initiative and judgment were used to benefit team objectives.
Day to Day:
Hardware, network, and server deployment, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, decommissioning, and project documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware and software
Perform network installation, including Ethernet and VoIP systems
Conduct equipment repair and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Utilize hand tools for maintenance tasks
Provide field service support for data center operations
Adhere to codes and standards for data center safety

As a Field Technician, Transport, you will use a company truck/van to perform first and second-line maintenance on Coinstar kiosks within an assigned territory. You will plan and schedule your days, making adjustments to rapidly changing priorities. You'll work in an environment where route, daily tasks, and weather conditions can (and will) change on a regular basis. This position provides coin & cash handling and transportation responsibilities which involves using a specially designed hand truck to pull/push coin bins weighing up to 600lbs from the kiosk to the vehicle and deliver them to a designated location.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including cleaning (inside & out), wiping down the kiosks, removing debris, changing paper, etc.
Electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance.
Test all components of the kiosk including connectivity, software and electromechanical functionality to ensure all components of the kiosk are properly functioning.
Perform repairs including replacing worn parts using small tools and diagnostic utility.

Job Title: Travel Technician We are seeking Travel Technicians to join our team and work at various locations across the United States. This position requires 100% travel and involves installing low-voltage wiring and equipment such as IP cameras, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), routers, switches, and more. Responsibilities:
+ Pull and terminate low-voltage cable (Cat5, Cat6).
+ Install network equipment in commercial settings.
+ Follow instructions and applicable codes when pulling cable.
+ Run low-voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling through concrete walls and limited conduit work.
+ Ensure all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.
+ Install cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner duct.
