Accurately and timely completes all required documentation. 11. Assists the Activities Director in maintaining activity equipment in good working order. 12. Correctly uses the Paycom system. 13. Meets criteria for annual performance evaluation. 14. Capable of driving the center van to transport patients on trips outside of the center. 15. Maintains an active and unencumbered driver's license issued by the state of Virginia. 16. Provides a copy of current motor vehicle insurance at the time of hire and annually thereafter. 17. Supports and protects the individual rights of patients. 18. Performs appropriate documentation utilizing the electronic medical record. 19. Attends and participates in meetings as required or instructed by the Activities Director. 20. Performs other duties, as assigned. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. CTRS preferred. 3. Effective written and oral communication skills. 4. Experience directing individual and group activities, desired. 5. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
