Minimum 12-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the executive level. Experience managing a budget of $25M+; experience at $50M+ strongly preferred. Background in nonprofit, association, education, healthcare, or similarly complex mission-driven organizations is ideal. Demonstrated success in overseeing HR, and operations. Knowledgeable of technological tools and accounting and payroll software and systems. Expertise in nonprofit accounting, GAAP compliance, financial controls, and risk management. Demonstrated ability to lead senior team members and experts. Proven ability to communicate financial information to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and governing boards.
