2-2-3 rotating schedule 7am-7pm Ingredient Control Technicians work in the “kitchen of the plant” preparing batched product for blenders according to written procedures and customer formulas. They sanitize equipment, receive bulk materials, maintain logs, and uphold the highest of quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create kits according to written procedures and formulas while maintaining quality standards. Weigh “partial ingredients” according to the required amount of each raw ingredient per kit and label appropriately. Correctly document the issued quantities for every ingredient and lot number per kit Inspect for quality and accuracy of quantities on all kits. Sign-off on all completed kits prior to shipping it to the plant. Responsible for the quality, traceability and accuracy of all kits Report directly to Ingredient Control Supervisor as needed to communicate updates or modification of the kitting schedule, stock taking, Master Sanitation and additional various duties.
