Be capable of working to established processes, and maintain a high level of efficiently and quality per US Tsubaki standards.
Must be capable of operating all belt, rotary, internal quench and tempering furnaces as well as the following metal finishing equipment: washers, shot peening equipment, extractors and tumbling barrels.
Retrieve and replace components from prior processes and move to next processes to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
Assist, train and develop new operators.
Requirements:
Must have experience in a metal working environment, preferably chain manufacturing with an emphasis on heat treatment and metal finishing processes. Able to read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
Must be self-starter.
Able to understand and follow procedures for both quality & operations of the process area.
Must be a team player-capable of working with peers and supervisors.
Must be flexible and capable of adapting work practices as required to suit the needs of the business.
Must be capable of handling weights in excess of 50 lbs.
Follow direction / instruction of group leader or supervisor.
Recognize and report for correction, errors in routing procedures, prints, drawings, specifications, and materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
* Serve as the day-to-day "gatekeeper" to the President and CEO-managing a demanding schedule, tracking priorities, balancing internal and external relationships, and ensuring exceptional execution of all commitments.

LOCATION

COMPENSATION
Salary range for this position is $67,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience. Equipment operation: Operate common heavy equipment such as a crane (as CCO crane operator), loader, backhoe, forklift, skid steer, and drill rig in a safe and professional manner. Operate specialized underground/tunnel equipment such as Locomotive, Pressurized face Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), Slurry & Water Treatment Plant in a safe and professional manner.
Safety and compliance: Following all safety regulations, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and monitoring the tunnel for hazards.
Equipment maintenance: Performing regular inspections and minor maintenance on machinery to ensure it is functioning correctly and to prevent breakdowns.
Performance monitoring: Perform daily equipment upkeep tasks and basic maintenance.
Team collaboration: Communicating with supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers to ensure project goals are met.
Record keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of work performed, equipment status, and any incidents.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Remain flexible and be prepared to assume various responsibilities, including replacing or supporting other EXP staff with their academic, residential, co-curricular, and dining responsibilities.
