You help ensure that the restaurant area is clean, sanitized and reset throughout the day. This role adheres to all relevant quality, food health, and sanitation principles from the state as well as the company's own internal standards. RESPONSIBILITIES * Keeping tables clean, sanitized and ready for new guests. * Move dirty dishes and glasses to proper locations throughout the restaurant. * Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. * Communicate with front of house staff what tables are clean or what might be needed. * Communicate with kitchen staff of what products you need. * Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance. REQUIREMENTS * Must have or be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handler's Card. * May have to obtain a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska. * Must pass a pre-employment background check. * Minimum age of 18 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska. * Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available. * Must be eligible to work in the United States. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES * Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. * Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards. * Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
