Key Responsibilities:- Solution Design Architecture Lead the design and architecture of enterprise data warehouse solutions using Teradata. Develop integration strategies and performance optimization techniques. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and best practices Develop reusable Python scripts for automation data transformation, and validation Platform Strategy Governance Evaluate Teradata platform features and create technology roadmaps. Technical Leadership Provide guidance on Teradata utilities (TPT, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, TPump). Optimize queries, indexing, and workload management for high performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Data Management Oversee ETL/ELT processes and data migration strategies. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for data lifecycle management and metadata governance. Experience: At least 5 years of Experience in Teradata solutions. Strong background in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Teradata tools and utilities (TPT, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad). Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SAS DI). Familiarity with Teradata Vantage features like QueryGrid, NOS, and ClearScape Analytics. Hands-on coding experience in Python or similar scripting languages Certifications: Teradata Certified Professional (preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures.
