Job Description
Objective:
Technicians have multiple responsibilities including running, repairing, and maintaining all drain cleaning equipment. Additionally, they are tasked with building relationships with coworkers and customers to foster the growth of their personal customer base. This involves upselling goods and services to maximize time spent on a job and prevent additional service calls for customers. Moreover, technicians must adhere to department standards regarding tool lists, vehicle organization, and maintaining standard material stock. They contribute to the consistency of the group by collaborating harmoniously with coworkers to ensure uniformity in service delivery. Furthermore, they cultivate an open work environment that promotes cooperation and teamwork while avoiding divisive behaviors.
