While experience in retail construction is preferred it isn't 100% necessary. If you have 5-10 years experience in construction you're in the ballpark. We believe that a can-do attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and a passion for construction can more than make up for a lack of specific experience or a construction degree. As a Project Manager you'll be managing commercial construction projects from bid process through certificate of occupancy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project software) is a must. Bluebeam, PlanGrid and Timberline/Sage 300 CRE experience is a big plus.
