About the Role
The CHB Coordinator handles and arranges the customs clearance in all USA ports for all inbound goods for various import customers. The ideal candidate will be able to handle logistics flow from origin to final delivery to ensure maximum efficiency. This position requires working knowledge of customs regulations and compliance documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A customer-focused approach is an essential job function.
Responsibilities
Proficient in using import management software or systems.
Provide import estimates and information regarding entries into the United States (via air, ocean, and truck).
Provide customer service to internal departments and overseas affiliates/clients.
Communications with customers, US Customs, PGA, truckers, steamship lines, airlines, freight forwarders, reading and answering all emails and phone calls or any other entity/request pertaining to the entry that may arise.
File ISFs on a daily basis as received.
Classify all entries, resolve customs problems, and Data entry.
Ability to navigate through the various ocean carrier websites to track and trace shipments.
Handle all post-entry amendments and internal audits of all entries that have been entered.
Assist the CHB manager with projects as requested.
Maintain communication with all customers ensuring all needs are covered.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ocean import/export experience required.
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or international logistics.

Responsibilities
Review and resolve pricing discrepancies between customer orders and vendor invoices in collaboration with Order Processing team.
Serve as a direct point of contact for customers and assigned Account Executives to address billing-related inquiries.
Maintain consistency by ensuring 90% of invoicing occurs within the 0-14 day time frame.
Escalate orders to leadership as necessary to ensure timely invoicing.
Attend team meetings and provide insights on trends, resolution steps, and exceptions.
Prepare, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets as needed.
Communicate effectively with Account Executives to resolve billing issues and provide one-touch resolution where possible.
Exercise autonomy to diagnose customer situations and make sound decisions on prioritization to meet deadlines.
Apply knowledge of sales orders, including cost, sell commission margins, and adjustments.
Review freight charges and accurately apply or remove them as needed.
Independently manage order holds and release workflows.
Adapt to specific workflows that may vary depending on the team assignment.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Experience in working in NetSuite and SharePoint is highly preferred
Excellent typing (40 WPM) and 10-key data entry skills (8,000 KPM).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is between $16.00 - $20.00 an hour. Contact borrowers in the early stages (1-59 days) of the delinquency cycle and negotiate payment arrangement to bring borrowers current. In the event a borrower is unable to bring the account current, representatives thoroughly review the borrower's current financial situation and offer additional options depending on the circumstance. They also provide support to inbound Customer Service on high inbound volume days. This role generally performs work of low to moderate complexity. Incumbents are able to perform collections and customer service activities and may still be learning the more complex mortgage concepts and call types. The target pay for this position is $21.50/hr plus monthly incentive bonus. An additional $1.50/hr will be added for working the 11:00am - 8:00pm CST shift.
What you'll do:

Duties include but are not limited to: * Work collaboratively with the Asset Protection management and team to control delinquency and minimize credit loss while following established policies and procedures during the collection of delinquent loans and credit cards.
* Utilize the collection queues, auto dialer system and reports to maintain communication with members on delinquent accounts and document pertinent information appropriately.
* Contact members for repayment arrangements and coordinate receipt of payments.
* Answer telephone calls from internal and external members regarding delinquent accounts and conduct account research, audits and corrections as needed.
* Meet or exceed team objective for delinquency and charge off through accounts reviews and communication with account holders.
* Stay abreast of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
* Support other team members as needed.
Level II Duties:
* Research member disputes on delinquent loans and submit corrections or adjustments to the appropriate department as necessary.
* While exercising discretion and judgment, counsel and educate members concerning their financial responsibilities, obligations and options.
* Make recommendations to management for any assistance offered to members with hardships, to include all necessary paperwork to justify the recommendation. Prepare all appropriate forms such as extensions, re-age/fix pays, rewrites, modifications and workouts. Follow all current guidelines for hardship assistance tools.
* Review and recommend accounts for repossession, charge off, legal or magistrate action to management for approval.
Minimum qualifications include:
* Possess high school diploma or GED.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of similar or related collections experience within a financial services work environment.

As a Collection's Specialist (Account Resolution Representative) you are responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts.

Camera Requirements:

Bilingual: $17.00/hr plus monthly commission opportunities
Non Bilingual: $15.00/hr plus monthly commission opportunities
$500 guarantee monthly bonus for the first 90 days
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, three days from 8:00am - 5:00pm, one evening from 11:00am - 8:00pm, Fridays from 8:00am - 5:00pm with one closing shift per month from 10:00am - 7:00pm, and one Saturday per month from 9:00am - 1:00pm CST.
