CORE JOB DUTIES
* Safely transport medication to dispensaries
* Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff.
* Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary.
* Follow all rules of the road.
* Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
* Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
* Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues.
* Work in the packaging department as needed.
* Develop positive relationships with dispensaries.
* Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills
* Responsible for overseeing the driving team to ensure compliance in all aspects of business.
* Point of contact for other departments as it relates to service deliveries, order changes, product transfers, freight deliveries, etc.
* Assist with monitoring and reporting route progress, safe driving, and maintenance through route tracking software.
* Assist with van maintenance and service schedules.
* Train new employees on transportation SOPs and protocols.
* Train employees how to send detailed rejection email to Leadership team and ensure that drivers are sending rejection email in a timely manner.
* Train employees to reconcile rejected items by offering tamper seals and replacement BioTrack labels to dispensary personnel.
* Train employees how to read delivery manifest and how to identify the correct product.
* Ensure all employees understand the importance of the accurate product count and how inaccurate product counts can affect the delivery.
* Lead product transfers by utilizing material handler team and accepting/releasing manifests in Biotrack.
* POC for vendors as needed.
* Conduct inventory cycle count audits.
* Lead material handlers in day-to-day activities related to logistics team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2-3+ years relevant experience in delivery or logistics roles preferred
* Proficient with computers including email, MS Teams and MS Excel
* Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
* Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Report and other necessary onboarding requirements with satisfactory results
* Must have flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes
* Ability to read maps and use GPS
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

**2nd shift:**
The function of this position is to move material to and from the plants and to and from the offsite warehouse utilizing a tractor and trailer CDL (A) and to move and spot trailers in the yards for loading and unloading as required. Description Overview
Perrigo is hiring for roles that will be driving our Powered Industrial Equipment. Scope of the Role
* Responsibilities primarily include receiving incoming product, picking customer orders and loading trucks for shipment to customers.
* Duties consist of driving Powered Industrial Equipment (forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks) and considerable physical activity (repetitive bending, lifting and twisting).
Experience Required
* A High School diploma (or G.E.D.) is required as is an excellent attendance record and work history.
* Must have a valid driver's license or minimum 1 year of motorized Forklift or Hilo driving experience. In some circumstances other driving experience may be considered in lieu of a valid driver's license.
* All candidates must have the ability to work 40 hours per week with availability for overtime when necessary. Candidates must also be available to train on other shifts.
* Must be able to complete core skills within 1 month or 30 days. Basic computer skills; point & click, ability to navigate through computer-based training systems. Basic math and reading/comprehension skills.
* Understands & values safety, teamwork, the importance of quality, and attention to detail in work.
* Ability to follow direction and Perrigo's standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities Include:
Transporting individuals to and from NEEDS Center Day Programs in company-owned vehicles
Assisting individuals in and out of the vehicles
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
Qualifications Include:
You must have a good driving record with at least 3 years of driving history that can be confirmed
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

You will also assist the install crew at sites by rigging panels to cranes to prepare for installations.
Essential Job Functions:
Operate diesel powered tractor with flatbed trailer and perform rigging duties on jobsite
Be safety-conscious, as this role involves the use of power tools and equipment
Chain loads by putting chains and straps over wall panels to secure loads on trailers, including placing protective corners on tops of panels for transport
Drive tractor with loaded flatbed trailer to work sites and coordinates with Crane Operator for placement of trailer on site for unloading
When on site, unchain loads and act as Rigger for hooking wall panels to crane
Drive tractor with empty trailer(s) from sites back to yard
Maintain logbook per DOT regulations, maintain fuel log, and perform regular pre-trip inspections of all equipment
Inspect, clean, maintain, and lubricate equipment
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally each day
Regular ladder climbing; climbing while holding up to 30 pounds 2 to 4 times per day
Push/Pull up to 100 pounds 2 to 4 times per day to secure binders
Standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching and twisting frequently
Licensed and proficient in the operation of a commercial vehicle per all safety and DOT regulations
Read tape measure accurately and consistently
Use of fine motor skills to control machinery/tools frequently
Concentrate, understand and communicate in noisy and active work environment
Able to understand and follow written instructions, particularly in construction drawings
Provide good verbal communication to team members and customers on site
Ability to work through and solve unexpected challenges and issues as they arise
Ability to recognize safety issues and exercise judgement while operating tractor
Ability to work outdoors in all weather elements throughout the year
Able to tolerate constant exposure to noise from operation of tractor, heavy equipment, and power tools
Required Education, Experience and Training:
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all team members, supervisors, and customers and follow written/oral instructions
Experienced in or demonstrates knowledge of:
Reading, understanding, and following construction drawings
Reading tape measure precisely in construction environment
Understands and follows crane hand signals
Must have current CDL A driver's license with clean MVR record
Adheres to Company equipment and safety requirements
Own and wear safety-toed shoes and use Company provided PPE
Preferred Qualifications:
