Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., quality, procurement, planning, engineering) and external vendors to support cost estimates, resource planning, and tooling development. Implement lean manufacturing practices, automation solutions, and capacity planning initiatives to drive productivity and reduce waste. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical oversight and feedback on manufacturing best practices. Interface with internal teams, customers, and external partners to gather requirements, align expectations, and communicate technical progress. Support technology roadmap development, capital equipment planning, and strategic initiatives to improve the long-term capabilities of the manufacturing organization. WHAT YOU BRING: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. 6-10+ Years Work Experience of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering with increasing technical responsibility and leadership.
