You will:
Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routing examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes
Perform duties including speaking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
Active Family Nurse practitioner license in good standing
Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.
Order and administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment
Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages not limited to but including Spanish
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
Education:
Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related master's degree or equivalent experience together with Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the role.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$87,035.00 - $187,460.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

**_What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

+ Unloading trucks in the Inbound section by using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to put pallets out of the trucks.
+ Using Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products. If working with specialty products, must follow regulations to store refrigerated products.
+ Storing products in warehouse locations using order picker or other devices.
+ Picking products from warehouse locations and loads into outbound trucks.
+ Cross-training in multiple departments: Inbound, Replenishment and Outbound
+ Breaking down cases of product and operate PIT equipment to stock or replenish warehouse
+ Utilizing voice to pick system to pick large case items with material handling equipment or to pick small unit of measure items and place on cart
+ Ensuring high quality through attention to detail and correctly identify products by item number
+ Organizing and segregate similar items at point of receipt
+ Breaking down and palletizing large items to skid and wrap for shipment
+ Packing and correctly label small items in boxes or bags
+ Driving material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider

+ High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 1 - 2 years related experience preferred
+ Previous material handling experience (MHE) preferred, but willing to learn to operate MHE
+ Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred
+ Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift of 8 hours or more required

Nuclear Pharmacy is responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs to medical care providers under highly regulated State and Federal guidelines; may also consult with or advise physicians and nuclear medicine technologists on the safe and efficacious use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy. Licensed.
Shift/Schedule
40 hours/week. Typical schedule will include a mix of days and nights.
Candidate must be flexible to work different days, hours and schedules based on business need.
Responsibilities
Supervises day to day operations for all drivers and dispatchers
Creates and prepares delivery routes for drivers
Conducts staff meetings for drivers and dispatchers
Trains newly hired Associate I, Pharmacy Services & Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers on safe driving procedures, routing, etc. when required
Performs general pharmacy and facility clean up.
Maintains accurate log books and vehicle inspection records. Ensures maintenance of vehicles is done on a routine basis
May perform driver and/or dispatcher responsibilities as needed
Evaluates, writes and conducts performance reviews
Assists pharmacy managers and/or Radiation Safety officers with projects as needed
Performs any other duties as required to ensure a safe and efficient pharmacy operation
Works with staff at other nearby Cardinal Health nuclear pharmacies to make product pick ups and deliveries
Manages relationships and proactively resolves customer/employee concerns
Tracks paid time off, maintains schedules and processes payroll for direct reports
May oversee the Environmental Health and Safety program and attends biweekly meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
4 or more years of experience preferred
Aptitude for supervisory skills
Proven customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Minimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehicle
Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, on call and/or change shifts with little or no advanced notice
Ability to manage weight up to 75 pounds
May require vendor credentialing
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Intermediate computer skills
Prior dispatching experience strongly preferred
Radiation Safety experience/knowledge preferred
Previous experience preparing and conducting employee performance reviews strongly preferred
