Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent - 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience - 3+ years of experience with data warehouse architecture, ETL/ELT tools, data engineering, and large-scale data manipulation using technologies like Spark, EMR, Hive, Kafka, and Redshift. - Experience with relational databases, SQL, and performance tuning, as well as software engineering best practices for the development lifecycle, including coding standards, reviews, source control, and testing. - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications - AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred. - Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python). - Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). - Experience leading large-scale data engineering and analytics projects using AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Firehose, and Lambda. - Experience with non-relational databases and implementing data governance solutions.
