The Senior NetSuite Technical Administrator is responsible for leading solution design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite systems. Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as a NetSuite subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guiding team members to ensure effective project execution and system performance.
Own the technical delivery of NetSuite-related projects, collaborating across multiple teams and contributing to strategic architectural and design decisions.
Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements.
Lead the design and development of complex NetSuite customizations, leveraging tools such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
Architect and implement scalable custom modules, workflows, and system integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems (i.e., Salesforce, Viaesys, DataRails, Power BI, Paycor, etc.)
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite configurations, custom scripts, and integrations to ensure stability and performance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the lifecycle of NetSuite implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration rationales, and development processes to support ongoing system evolution and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator Certification, NetSuite SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer Certification) required
10+ years of user experience with NetSuite
Experience with NetSuite AI capabilities, NSAW & NS EPM is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Job Duties:

Provision, configure, and manage Databricks workspaces, catalogs, clusters (interactive and job), and user access in Azure. Define and enforce Databricks role-based access control, network security, unity catalog, cluster policies, and data governance standards. Monitor and optimize performance and cost in Databricks using native tools and Azure integrations. Integrate Databricks with other Azure services.
Support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices for infrastructure and data pipeline deployments. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless platform usage. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure or Databricks workloads and address performance issues. Maintain runbooks, documentation, and change logs for systems and procedures. Identify opportunities for cost optimization. Handle helpdesk tickets related to Azure service issues. Maintain audit trails for infrastructure changes.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory frameworks (e.g., CJIS, HIPAA, etc). Configure and maintain audit logging, diagnostic settings, and access reviews. Protect sensitive credentials and secrets and manage access through appropriate identity controls. Participate in security reviews, threat modeling, and incident response procedures as needed. Job Description
Duties include:
• Application development - ensure translation of requirements into a logical and physical database architecture/design needs
• Application development - participate in cross-functional and global application teams to design and develop data layers and data stores (data services in Java, stored procedures in Oracle)
• Application development - educate and mentor peers and application teams on best practices on data management
• Production support - database performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning
• Data analytics - explore data sets and identify data transformation and data quality needs for targeted applications
• Data analytics - implement known data engineering tasks including transformation, quality remediation and report, audit, optimization for storage and retrieval
• Data analytics - develop analytics / algorithms / rules to derive insight and business value
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
• Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or closely related fields
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing their performance
• 2+ year of experience working on Oracle data administration
• Experience in software development and the software development lifecycle
• Experience with batch processing and large databases
• Expertise in one or more analytics software tools and packages
• Familiar with data modeling and physical database design
• Familiar with Unix
• Strong communications (written and verbal) and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, with limited information
• Strong troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiar with Agile software development methodology
• Experienced with developing with Java
• Healthcare Services domain knowledge
• Experience / familiarity with Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics
• Basic knowledge of project planning and execution
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance process, and quality management process in the context of software development
• Experience in working with global teams and users across the world
