Grow the Home Modality:
Foster physician and surgeon relationships and oversee Home physician engagement for the region
Partner with in-center teams to deliver quality modality education for patients
Support patient conversions and transitions to home dialysis
Create strategic plans to overcome root cause analysis outcomes for losses
Maintain and grow hospital partnerships as applicable

Lead, inspire and motivate a group of registered nurses (RNs). As leaders you make an impact on our teammates' lives, and we do that through building trust, communication and active leadership.
Drive Clinical Outcomes
Monitor, and conduct trend analysis of clinical outcomes
Report out on facility operation and clinical outcomes to the leadership team
Partner with leadership in developing plans of correction for any clinical quality issues; drive corrective plans locally and report progress to leadership team(s)
Partner with the Manager of Clinical Services to manage all regional clinical responsibilities for Home programs
Financials / Operations
Report financial and operational statuses up to regional leadership
Assist in the creation of region-level budgets as applicable to Home Modalities
Work with Regional Operations Director and Facility Administrators to manage labor among clinic-level Home teammates
Staff, schedule and according to patient load scheduling needs and patient load
Travel up to 50% in the local region

Requirements:
At least 3-4 years of Healthcare Management experience (multi-site experience would be a strong advantage)

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Delivery Technician is responsible for delivering durable medical equipment to Apria patients in the home.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Pulls, packs, delivers and picks up medications, supplies and basic equipment.
+ May instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment, durable medical equipment, oxygen equipment, and other equipment/services approved by state licensure limitations.
+ Loads and unloads durable medical and infusion equipment onto delivery vehicle.
+ Responds to emergency delivery calls as needed during regular business hours and on an on-call basis.

What You Can Expect:
Prepare and monitor equipment used for intermittent or continuous dialysis and water treatment in the acute setting, including quality control checks
Perform and document pre-, intra- and post-dialysis assessments
Initiate, monitor and terminate dialysis treatments per established policies and procedures
Dispense medication as ordered and document per policy and procedure in hospital medical record
Administer blood and blood products per hospital policy and procedure
Accurately receive, transcribe and implement written and verbal orders from physicians
Access lab reports, interpret and report necessary information to nephrologist
Provide renal education to patients and family members and document appropriately
Serve as primary dialysis contact for nephrologists and hospital staff and liaison to outpatient dialysis center
Adhere to DCI and hospital policies and procedures including proper completion of occurrence reports as necessary
Additional tasks as necessary
Qualifications
