Gatherings & Events: Oversee the planning and execution of all major team gatherings and events. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the team responsible for L&D, Communications, Teammate Experience, Gatherings, and Administrative Support, ensuring operational excellence across all functions. Qualifications and Experience 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Strategic HR roles within a large, complex organization (1,000+ employees). Demonstrated Expertise: Proven experience leading Organizational Design and Workforce Planning initiatives tied to major digital or technological transformation. Change Management Proficiency: Prosci or similar structured Change Management certification/experience is highly preferred.
