    The OR Service Line Lead RN is responsible for assisting with clinical management and assisting with the administrative coordination of the daily clinical operations of the OR, according to the established policies and procedures. The OR Service Line Lead RN is also responsible for daily communication, feedback, coaching, and problem-solving unit issues. The OR Service Line Lead RN is responsible for continuous personal growth and development as well as encouraging and/or providing opportunities for staff to gain skills.
