What will you do?
Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers, and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties

Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships within an existing client base across LifeWorks Restaurant Group in partnership with Refreshments Services' vending, micro-market, and OCS segments to support execution of growth initiatives.
Upsell service solutions to target accounts to ensure revenue growth by upgrading current programs and/or introducing new products and services.
Lead training and development efforts for internal teams to enhance service consistency, client engagement, and operational excellence.
Document client visits with respect to risks, opportunities, and relevant action plans.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement using sales automation/client management platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to proactively introduce enhancements to clients.
Qualifications
1-3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or supervisory/leadership roles, preferably in vending, micro-markets, or OCS.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills with clients, client customers, and internal support teams.
Ability to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in contract-managed services is desirable.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience

Qualifications
Two to three years' experience in a related culinary position
Candidate will possess two to three years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
Experiential knowledge required for management of people and/or problems
Excellent oral, reading, and written communication skills
Candidate must be willing to be hands on with staff and operations and be willing to work event-based hours that include evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities
Controls the labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels as needed while driving efficiency from all staff.
Retains control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
Audits service and quality on a regular basis.
Adheres to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.
Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Supervises teamwork and service on a regular basis.
Supervises day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.
Supports and implements training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.
Assists in annual employee reviews and supervises interim performance issues.
Supervisor accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
Ensure staffing level consistent with established guidelines and make daily adjustments based on business needs.
